Every stay comes with a few of the same questions, so here are the honest answers to the ones we hear most.
What are Luna Rosa Homes like? Natural, earthy, and a little bohemian rather than polished-hotel styling. The goal has always been comfortable and welcoming over anything formal.
Who are the homes best suited for? Guests looking for a character-filled, private stay rather than a formal luxury resort experience. The cabaña suits couples, solo travellers, and remote workers best; Casa Luna Rosa works well for families or small groups who want two workspaces and a bit more room.
How do I book? You can book direct with us for no platform fees, or through our Airbnb collection if you’d rather use a platform you already know.
When will I get check-in details? Check-in information, including lockbox instructions, is sent after booking is confirmed, with the practical details following closer to your arrival date.
What’s the cancellation policy? It depends on the booking policy attached to your reservation, which you can review during the booking process itself before confirming.
Can I contact someone before booking? Yes, always — message us directly with any question about the homes, the neighbourhood, or getting here, and you’ll typically hear back within the hour.
What’s actually included? Both homes have a private pool that’s never shared, full insect screening, ceiling and floor fans, a covered outdoor kitchen, Starlink wifi with a dedicated desk, self check-in by lockbox, and a free weekly clean on stays of seven nights or longer. Pets are welcome at both.
Do I need a car? No. Both homes sit within fifteen to twenty minutes on foot of Zicatela, Carrizalillo, and La Rinconada, and the airport is a five minute drive away.
If there’s a question you don’t see answered here, it’s genuinely faster to just ask us directly than to search for it. Check availability for your dates, or message us first if you’d like to talk it through.
